• Pool/Hot Tub Access: Enjoy the shared pool and hot tub with the access code “125”. Remember, these amenities are seasonal, with the pool open approximately April-October and the hot tub March-November.
• Respectful Use: Avoid property damage, theft, and excessive cleaning. Charges may apply for violations.
• Bike Storage: Use the garage for bike storage. Please refrain from bringing bikes inside the home.

General Information:

• Starter Supplies: Find an initial supply of paper products, soaps, and shampoo upon arrival.
• Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the designated area upon departure to maintain cleanliness.
• Internet Access: Stay connected with Wi-Fi. Network names: “X3” or “X3-5G”, Password: “moab1234”.

For Our Furry Friends:

• Waste Disposal: A $100 charge applies for uncleaned pet waste.
• Leash and Supervision: Keep pets leashed outdoors and never leave them unattended.
• Furniture Policy: Maintain furniture integrity by keeping pets off.
• Weather Consideration: Protect your pets from Moab’s extreme temperatures.

Parking and Vehicles:

• Parking Space: Two designated spaces per condo. Additional parking available on the west side of Westwater Drive.
• Trailer and ATV Policy: Trailers and ATVs should be parked on the west side of Westwater Drive, adhering to community rules.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the premises.

Enjoying the Hot Tub:

• Initial Setup: The hot tub enters Priming mode upon startup, lasting up to 4 minutes. To exit early, press “TEMP”.
• Adjusting Settings: Use “TEMP” and “LIGHT” buttons to switch between Standard, Economy, and Sleep modes.
• Temperature Control: Easily adjust the set temperature with the “TEMP” button.
• Jet Functions: “JETS 1” and “JETS 2” buttons control jet speeds. Remember, the hot tub will automatically turn off after 30 minutes (high speed) or 4 hours (low speed).

Shared Pool/Hot Tub Information:

• Location: Find the shared amenities at the intersection of Gemini Bridges Ln. and Meador Dr.
• Access Codes: Pool – “125”, Hot Tub – “1357”. Note the seasonal availability.

Hot Tub Safety Guidelines:

• Appropriate Use: Bathing suits required. Limit your time to 15 minutes per session for safety.
• Cleanliness: Shower before and after hot tub use.
• Health and Safety: Ensure no one with communicable diseases or open wounds uses the hot tub. Supervision required for children and the elderly.
• Mindful Consumption: Avoid using the hot tub under the influence of alcohol or medication.
