• Overnight Guests: The property is for the use of registered guests only. Any additional visitors are the responsibility of the booking guest.
• Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and keep all furnishings and appliances in good condition.
• Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted at Red Rock Oasis.
• Parking: Designated parking areas are provided for your convenience.
• Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included. Linens and bath towels are provided for in-house use only. Pool towels are available and should be returned to the unit to avoid a fee.

• Comfort Extras: Find additional blankets in the bedroom closet for those chilly desert nights.
• Pool & Hot Tub Access: Dive into relaxation with the gate code “5050” (followed by the checkmark symbol). Remember, children under 12 require adult supervision in the hot tub for safety.
• WiFi Connectivity: Stay connected with the network “3393”, password “moab1234”.
• Trash Disposal: Kindly refer to the bulletin board next to the front door for trash disposal locations.
• Pool Towel Storage: Located above the washer and dryer for your convenience.

Departure Checklist:

• Help us maintain Red Rock Oasis by following these simple check-out steps:
• Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster by the pool area.
• Kitchen Courtesy: Run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
• Grill Care: Turn off the propane, clean the grill, and replace the cover (a $25 charge applies for non-compliance).
• Secure the Property: Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
• Remote Organization: Place all TV remotes by their corresponding devices.

Rental Guidelines:

• Weather Policy: Refunds are not provided for weather-related interruptions.
• Check-In/Out Requests: Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $50 fee, subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $100 fee.
• Barbecue Maintenance: Please clean the barbecue grill after use to avoid additional charges.
