Check-out time is 10:00 am.

If you’d like a late check-out, please request it one day in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but a $50 fee may apply. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 charge. If you leave before check-out time, kindly text or message us.

Upon departure, please:

• Dispose of trash in the dumpster out the front door to the left
• Start the dishwasher with dirty dishes
• Ensure the grill’s gas is off, the cooking surface is clean, and the lid is closed ($25 charge if not)
• Separate used and unused towels
• Close and lock doors and windows
• Lock the door with code 4444 and the check mark, signaling that the unit is ready for cleaning
