House Rules:

• No Smoking: Keep the home smoke-free.
• Property Care: Return all items to their original spots.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please clean up after them.
• Pool/Hot Tub Access: The access code “125” grants you entry to the shared pool and hot tub, available seasonally. The pool is open from April to October, and the hot tub from March to November.
• Respectful Use: Avoid property damage, theft, and excessive cleaning to prevent additional charges.

General Information:

• Starter Supplies: Initial supplies of paper products, soaps, and shampoo are provided for your convenience.
• Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of all garbage in the designated area upon departure.
• Internet Access: Free Wi-Fi is available. Network: “PDS 3471” or “PDS 3471-5G”, Password: “4321moab”.

For Our Furry Friends:

• Waste Disposal: Please clean up after your pets to avoid a $100 charge.
• Leash and Supervision: Pets must be leashed outdoors and should not be left unattended.
• Furniture Policy: Keep pets off the furniture to maintain its condition.
• Weather Consideration: Be mindful of Moab’s extreme temperatures for your pet’s safety.

Parking and Vehicles:

• Parking Space: Each condo is allocated two parking spaces. Additional parking is available on the west side of Westwater Drive.
• Trailer and ATV Policy: Please park trailers and ATVs on the west side of Westwater Drive.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Repairs on vehicles are not permitted on the premises.

Enjoying Your Stay:

• Hot Tub Instructions: The hot tub enters Priming mode upon startup. Use “TEMP” and “LIGHT” for adjustments and “JETS 1” and “JETS 2” for jet controls.
• Shared Pool/Hot Tub Info: Access the shared pool and hot tub with code “125”. Note the seasonal availability and safety guidelines for a pleasant experience.

Departure Reminders:

• Check-Out Time: Please depart by 10:00 a.m. to allow for housekeeping preparations.
• Kitchen Courtesy: Start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before leaving.
• Grill Care: Ensure the grill is clean and the propane turned off. A $25 charge will be applied for non-compliance.
• Linen Care: Please do not mix used and unused towels.
• Remote Organization: Keep all remotes next to their corresponding TVs.
• Security Check: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked upon departure.
