We’re delighted to host you and strive to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Here are some essential details for a smooth experience:
Extra linens are in the closets, and sofa sleeper bedding is in the entrance closet. We provide a starting supply of toiletries; replenishing them is your responsibility.
Our condos are non-smoking. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Hot Tub (code: 135):
- Must shower before entering the hot tub
- Hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Open and close the cover carefully, using colored towels from bedroom closets
- Maintain temperature at 101°F
- Do not sit or stand on the cover
WiFi: Network “Roost” and password 57roost1.
Television Instructions (touch to open)
Netflix
- Press the "Smart" button on the remote
- Click on "Netflix" with the pointer
- Click "Browse" or "Search" and find a movie
Music
- Press the "Smart" button on the remote
- Click on "Pandora" with the pointer
- Click on "Launch"
- Feel free to add or subtract stations
Music from your phone can be played wirelessly through the soundbar.
- The soundbar is in the living room only
- Turn TV off
- Use LG Sound Bar remote to turn on the Sound Bar
- Press the input button on the soundbar until you see "BT" illuminated on the soundbar.
- If your phone is BT (BlueTooth) capable, it will now find an LG soundbar.
- Your phone needs to be fairly close to the soundbar

Check-out time is 10:00 am.
If you’d like a late check-out, please request it one day in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but a $50 fee may apply. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 charge. If you leave before check-out time, kindly text or message us.
Upon departure, please:
- Dispose of trash in the dumpster behind the wood fence at the carport end
- Run the dishwasher
- Turn off propane, clean the grill, and close the lid ($25 charge if not)
- Close and lock doors and windows
- Ensure remotes are by their respective TVs
- Lock the door with code 4444 and the check mark, signaling that the unit is ready for cleaning
