We provide a starting supply of toiletries. If you run out during your stay, replenishment is your responsibility.

Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.

Check-out time is 10:00 am (11:00 am for reservations booked before June 1, 2021). Unapproved late check-outs incur a $100 charge. Inform us if you leave early.

Upon departure, kindly:

• Dispose of trash in the dumpster located outside the front door to the right in the alleyway
• Start the dishwasher
• Strip the beds and put all used sheets and towels together in the living room area.
• Close and lock doors and windows (front door doesn’t lock automatically)
• Return the key to the lockbox ($50 charge if not)
