Your vacation rental at 3764 Prickly Pear Circle, Unit 1A3 comes with a starting supply of toiletries. If you need more during your stay, kindly replenish as necessary.

BBQ GRILL: Our BBQ is connected to a natural gas valve with self-igniters, ready for your outdoor cooking adventures.

INTERNET: You can access the unit’s wireless internet through the network “Rimvista1A3” and the password “moab1234.”

RECREATION: Head north to the Rim Vistas Recreation Area and Pool Facilities for some fun and relaxation. Remember to return the key to the book for the next guests.

Check-out time is 10:00 am.

If you’d like a late check-out, please request it one day in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but a $50 fee may apply. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 charge. If you leave before check-out time, kindly text or message us.

Before you depart, we’d appreciate your help with a few tasks: dispose of trash in the dumpster across the street, start the dishwasher with dirty dishes, ensure the gas is turned off, and clean the grill if you’ve used it (a $25 charge applies for uncleaned grills). Please separate unused and dirty towels.

Make sure to lock the front door when leaving, as it doesn’t lock automatically. Close and lock all windows, too. To lock the front door upon check-out, use code 4444 followed by the checkmark. This lets us know the unit is ready for cleaning.
